ManücciFlow is a product of Manucci Group. We are based in the United Kingdom. Our data controller contact is privacy@manucci.ai.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: Name and email address when you register.
- Financial data: Transaction data and account balances retrieved via Plaid (read-only). We never store your bank credentials.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session information to improve the product.
- Payment data: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and improve the ManücciFlow service.
- To send transactional emails (account alerts, receipts).
- To send product updates if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Email privacy@manucci.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
5. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
6. Third-party services
- Plaid: Bank connectivity. FCA authorised. Read-only access.
- Stripe: Payment processing. PCI-DSS compliant.
- Firebase: Authentication and database infrastructure.
- Google Gemini: AI coaching. Queries are processed but not stored for training without consent.
